RETREAT SCHEDULE

DAY 1
● Arrive into Lemnos Airport, where your driver will collect you and transfer you to Surf Club Keros, your home for the next 5 nights.
● Group welcome dinner at the Surf Club
● Summer awakening & essential oil sound healing under the sky

DAY 2
● Waking up the Core Pilates
● Delicious breakfast with local produce
● Discover the Lemnos’ capital on a trip to Myrina
● Enjoy a traditional lunch in town at a local taverna
● Visit to Gomati sand dunes, for sand boarding and sunset drinks
● Dinner at Surf Club Keros
● Energetic healing & manifestation of abundance

DAY 3
● Morning pilates session with Athena
● Afternoon surf lesson 
● Pilates Fusion
● Dinner a Surf Club 

DAY 4
● Balance Pilates and Stress Release (by holistic coach Yiannis)
● SUP Kayaking
● Day at leisure
● Optional 1:1 session with Athena
● 60 minute massage treatment
● Traditional Greek cooking class dinner at Surf Club

DAY 5
● Strong Core – Focused Mind Pilates
● Visit the famous vineyards of Lemnos. Explore “tsipiouro” the locals pride and joy. Enjoy this wine tasting experience of Lemonos’ finest.
● Farewell BBQ dinner at Surf Club Keros followed by an evening sound bath

DAY 6
● Goodbye breakfast
● Departures

WHAT TIME DOES THE RETREAT START AND END?

The retreat starts at 5pm on June 22nd, 2022 and ends at 10am on June 27th, 2021, local time.

WHO CAN ATTEND?

Irrespective of having tried Pilates before or not, you re welcome to indulge into a body awareness retreat, where you can experience a Sound Bath under the stars, a Breathwork session by an experienced facilitator, or a Stress management guidance by a professional life coach / Hypnotherapist. You can benefit from all the planned activities under the sun, and into a hidden gem of the Aegean Pelagos. Daily opportunities for excursions, surfing, hiking on the Sand dunes, exploring the endless unspoilt beaches on a day boat trip, or just relaxing after a long day with an hour of a complimentary full body massage.

WHAT AIRPORT DO I FLY INTO?

The easiest way to reach Lemnos island (where the center is located) is to fly to Lemnos International Ifestos (LXS) which has non-stop and connecting flights from most major UK cities.

Return transfers from Lemnos International Ifestos (LXS) are included.

WHEN SHOULD I PLAN TO ARRIVE AT THE CENTER?

We recommend you arrive before 3pm to have enough time to settle before our opening celebration.

IS TRAVEL INSURANCE INCLUDED?

We do not include travel insurance as everyone’s needs are different. However, having travel insurance in place for each person is a condition of your booking. We’ve partnered with Holiday Extras to offer travel insurance to our UK guests. Holiday Extras includes COVID-19 cover as standard.
