My Name is Conor Wagar. I was born in Canada and was a national/international competitive figure skater. Through skating I found my passion for fitness and health. This passion has driven me to better my knowledge and deliverance of fitness and health to everyone I encounter. I take pride in enriching my clients daily lives in the gym, kitchen, or office. I believe fitness should be approached in a holistic attitude to better ourselves each day.

WHAT TIME DOES THE RETREAT START AND END?
The retreat will officially start at 4:00 pm on June 8th, 2023 and end at 11:00 am on June 11th, 2023.
WHICH AIRPORT DO I FLY INTO?
You will need to fly into Cancun International airport.
HOW DO I GET FROM AIRPORT TO THE VENUE?
Your transfers to and from the airport are included in your ticket price. This will involve a private transfer from Cancun Airport to the ferry in Chiquilá. Ferry tickets to Holbox Island and finally a taxi service from the dock to the Hotel Aldea Kuká
DOES THE RETREAT CATER TO SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS?
If you have specific dietary requirements, special menus are available on request. Please let us know at least 4 weeks in advance of the retreat start date if you have any special dietary requests.
CAN I COME TO THIS RETREAT ALONE?
Yes! Traveling alone is a great way to meet new people, and on this trip we’re all in it together and you’ll be surrounded by new friends in no time.
WILL I GET ANY “FREE” TIME?
Absolutely! We will always schedule down time in our daily itinerary for you to use as you wish.
I WANT TO SHARE A ROOM, BUT I AM TRAVELING ALONE, DO YOU ASSIGN ME SOMEONE TO SHARE THE ROOM WITH ?
Please contact us so we can assign you to an unaccompanied guest that also wants to travel in a double occupancy room. We will do our best to accommodate.
HOW DO YOU ASSIGN THE ROOMS?
Rooms are assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. Each room is unique. Changing to a different room at the retreat is subject to availability and additional costs may apply.
Please note: all rooms are equal in terms of comfort and cleanliness.
WHAT IS THE COVID CANCELLATION POLICY?
In the unlikely event that WE have to cancel the retreat for any reason then we will offer you the following options:
- A full refund of all monies paid, including your deposit
- Transfer of your booking, free of charge, to a future retreat of the same value
If you are unable to attend the retreat for any reason, including because of a last-minute positive Covid-19 test, or restrictions in your region or country, you will need to make a claim with your travel insurance provider to claim any trip or retreat costs..
- Please ensure your travel Insurance provider covers you for the following:
- Cancellation fees
- Positive Covid-19 test preventing you from traveling
- Local and destination restrictions preventing you from traveling

We do not include travel insurance as everyone’s needs are different. However, having travel insurance in place for each person is a condition of your booking. Please ensure COVID-19 cover is included. If you haven’t purchased cover yet, you can do so here:
IS MY DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE IF I DECIDE TO CANCEL THE TRIP?
The deposit is a non-refundable deposit, used to secure your spot on the trip. If you decide to cancel your trip, we cannot refund your deposit. Please ensure you purchase adequate travel insurance to cover any fees you may incur if you have to cancel your trip.
