WHO DO I REACH OUT TO IF I HAVE ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS?

You can reach out to us directly via email at amy-wolfe@seekdharma.com

Do I need any special equipment for the trek

No, the trek is a walk, not a climb, so you will not need any special equipment such as axes, ropes, etc.

How fit do I need to be to climb Kilimanjaro?

A reasonable level of fitness is encouraged to embark on this trek. The walking itself, however, is not so strenuous—we'll be averaging about 6-8 miles a day. However, combined with the altitude and cold, summiting the mountain is a challenge. By giving us more time on the trek, we'll improve our chances of reaching the top by having more time to acclimatize. In short, you don't need to be super fit to join this trek but you cannot be "out of shape."

Do I need special clothing?

There is no special clothing required, but you will want to have warm clothing and decent boots.
