We start the co-creation trip planning phase ideally somewhere between 11 and 13 months prior to the scheduled departure date.
As a prerequisite to co-creation, we need you to complete the survey and sign our partnership agreement.
We are fully automated with our booking system.
We will design and build your trip page which is personalisable with your trip photos, your own photos and your branding.
Guests will have the option to click on a book now button; they will then select the product they want to purchase and will be asked to either pay a deposit or the full trip amount.
100% of it - together we will customize your entire itinerary to reflect the travel brand you want to build and one that resonates with your community.
We are radically transparent and share line item budgets with you so we can tweak every element of the retreat, from airport transfers to sound baths.
As long as the deposit is fully refundable you are not responsible for hotel deposits, DHARMA will cover it.
Just like we co-curate the itinerary, the budget is created and shared with you too - no hidden costs.
Everything is fully transparent and shared with you. You will see every line item that goes into determining the final per person ticket price per room category. We will decide together what to add, and what to remove based on our desired final ticket price. The breakdown works as follows:
You set your own charge per person per trip as net profit. The more guests you book in the more money you make!
If you choose to offer any form of discount on the ticket price, the discount will be deducted from your margin per person.
DHARMA will pay you 100% within 7 days after receipt of your invoice following the last day of the trip. Here is how it works:
To operate the trip we need to achieve the minimum number of guests, usually 10 or 12 people.
If we do not achieve this minimum, DHARMA can cancel a live trip one week prior to the deadline for the venue cancellation, or 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date.
Any costs we add to the trip budget will be covered by DHARMA. We add in all your accommodation, food, activities, and transportation costs to the budget.
